To ensure timely and hassle free authentication of your Diploma and FBI background check, Aclipse offers two services. Use these services to obtain your apostilles without delay and ensure your visa documents are ready as soon as possible!
Apostille for Your FBI Background Check
Aclipse has partnered with Washington Express (WE) in Washington, DC. A WE staff member will personally take your FBI check to the U.S Secretary of State Authentication Office to receive the apostille immediately. For $45 (which includes the U.S. Secretary of State $8 fee), ensure that your apostille will be returned to Aclipse without delay. Pay the fee online below and Aclipse will cover the Fed Ex shipping costs to and from Washington Express.
As soon as you receive your FBI background check back, mail it directly to our Boston office (or better yet have it mailed directly to us at our Boston office from the FBI). Please make sure to check with your Aclipse Recruiter to confirm that you should send the background check to us. In some instances when we are running out of time, we will ask you to send your background check directly to Washington Express. Your recruiter can provide this shipping information.
Apostille for Your Diploma
Apostille requests mailed to secretary of state offices commonly get lost or take a very long time to process. If you are not able to submit the apostille request in person you can mail your orignal diploma directly to us and we can take care of the Apostille for you. We will make a copy of the original, and have the copy notarized and apostilled. We can then either mail the copy and and original to Korea for you, or mail the copy to Korea and the original back to you. If you would prefer that we mail the original back to you, please include a prepaid shipping label with the original diploma when you send it to us. The fee for this service is $30.
